By purchasing from this store, you agree to use all products, digital downloads, music files, artwork, merchandise, and related materials lawfully, safely, and in accordance with these terms.
Improper Use & Safety
The Bride & Cryptones, its songwriters, McCrash Records, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and associated rights holders are not responsible for any unlawful, unauthorized, unsafe, misleading, infringing, commercial, political, public, or improper use of our products, music, artwork, downloads, merchandise, or related materials after purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any purchased product complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, platform rules, venue rules, broadcast rules, public performance requirements, and third-party rights.
Listening Safety
Listening to music at excessive volumes, especially for prolonged periods, may cause temporary or permanent hearing damage, including hearing loss or ringing in the ears. Use reasonable volume levels, take breaks, and follow the safety settings and guidance provided by your listening device, headphones, earbuds, speakers, or audio equipment.
Do not use music, headphones, earbuds, or audio equipment in any situation where doing so could distract you, reduce your awareness, or create a risk to yourself or others. This includes, but is not limited to, driving, cycling, operating machinery, crossing roads, boating, swimming, scuba diving, working in hazardous environments, or any activity where full attention and environmental awareness are required.
You are responsible for following all applicable road safety, workplace safety, venue, transportation, boating, diving, and public safety laws and rules in your location.
In short: enjoy the music, but don’t let the monsters drive the hearse.
No Unauthorized Rights Granted
Purchasing a product, digital download, vinyl record, CD, item of merchandise, or other material does not grant you any rights beyond those expressly stated in our terms.
No copyright, publishing right, master recording right, trademark right, publicity right, endorsement right, synchronization right, broadcast right, resale right, or commercial-use right is transferred unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bride & Cryptones, its songwriters, McCrash Records, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and associated rights holders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, inability to use, or unauthorized use of our products, music, digital downloads, merchandise, artwork, or related materials.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.
No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit, exclude, or override any consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from or related to purchases from this store, are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, legal proceeding, or enforcement action related to these terms, this store, or any purchase made through this store will be brought in the courts or applicable tribunals of British Columbia, Canada.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
