Refund & Returns Policy

We want every order to rise from the crypt looking its best. If something goes wrong with your order, here’s how we handle it.

Physical Products

Apparel, Accessories & Merch

All apparel, accessories, and merchandise are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please do not return items to the sender address listed on the package. Contact us first so we can help resolve the issue properly.

Vinyl Records & CDs

Vinyl records and CDs are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, ElasticStage. Because each item is manufactured specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or unopened items that are no longer wanted once production has begun.

If your vinyl record or CD arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage or defect where applicable.

Opened or played vinyl records and CDs are not returnable unless they are defective.

Once reviewed, we will coordinate with ElasticStage to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales, including singles, EPs, albums, and digital bundles, are final. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to issue refunds.

If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open, please contact us and we will provide a replacement file promptly.

We are not responsible for internet, mobile data, or other connection costs related to downloading files, including repeated downloads.
