How Our Orders Work
All physical products in our store are produced and fulfilled on demand by our manufacturing partners. Orders are not pre-made or held in stock. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because products are made on demand, production time is separate from shipping time.
Production Location
Our fulfillment partners operate multiple production facilities in different countries. Your order may be produced at the facility best positioned to fulfill it at the time of your order, which may not be located in your home country, even if you are ordering domestically.
For example, an order placed in Canada may be produced and shipped from a facility in the United States, which may result in customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
We have no control over which facility fulfills your order and cannot guarantee domestic production for any order.
Apparel, Accessories & Merchandise
Apparel, accessories, and merchandise are fulfilled by Printful.
Production time is typically 2–7 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days
Vinyl Records & CDs
Vinyl records and CDs are fulfilled by ElasticStage.
Vinyl records and CDs are manufactured on demand and have longer production times. Production typically takes 4–8 weeks before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination after shipment.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your download link. No shipping applies to digital downloads.
Split Shipments
If your order contains products fulfilled by different partners, your items may ship separately and arrive in separate packages. This may result in separate tracking numbers and different delivery dates.
Some apparel, accessories, and merchandise items may also ship from different production facilities, even when they are part of the same order. This can result in higher shipping costs than expected, depending on the items ordered, the destination, and the facilities used to fulfill the order.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped, where tracking is available.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping and production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, customs processing, postal or courier delays, weather, holidays, labour disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or returned to sender, please contact us at info@thebrideandcryptones.com with your order number and tracking information, if available.
We will review the issue and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner or carrier where possible.
